Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Concept Ready, an Android application developed by Ashtec App. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the app.
About the App
Concept Ready is an educational application designed to help students prepare for viva, exams and placements. The app provides:
- Concept explanations for IT and Commerce subjects
- Structured exam answers with definitions, explanations, key points and examples
- MCQ practice tests with detailed explanations
- Key terms and real world examples
Free and Premium Content
Free
First 3 topics per subject are accessible without payment.
Premium
All remaining topics across IT and Commerce are unlocked with a one-time payment. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
In-App Purchases
Concept Ready offers a single one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all content.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's Terms of Service
- Purchases are non-transferable and linked to your Google Play account
- Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play within the eligible refund window
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchasers are not affected
Educational Content
All content in Concept Ready is provided for educational purposes only.
- Content should not be treated as a substitute for formal education
- We strive to keep content accurate but do not guarantee it is always error-free or up to date
- Exam answers are guides — adapt them to your institution's requirements
- We may add, update or remove content at any time without notice
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and materials in Concept Ready are owned by Ashtec App and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content from the app
- You may not reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app
- Personal, non-commercial use for study purposes is permitted
User Conduct
By using Concept Ready, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
- Share or distribute premium content with others who have not purchased access
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the app
Disclaimer of Warranties
Concept Ready is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- That the app will always be available or error-free
- That using the app will result in passing exams or viva
- That the content is always accurate or current
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashtec App shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Concept Ready, including academic results or exam performance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
